Most shows at Punch Line are 21+, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Age requirements may vary, so please check individual event pages for details.

Our shows are General Admission seating and therefore first-come first-served. 

However, we offer Preferred Seating (that are also first come first-served) for an additional fee. Available options are located on our Ticketmaster ticketing site.

We do our best to seat guests together, but General Admission Seating is 'first come first served', so with large parties, it is best to arrive early and together. 

The majority of the party must be present in order to be seated together.

Sometimes our shows are sold out in advance so it's best to plan ahead and purchase your tickets in advance. However, if this should happen and you want to try your luck you are more than welcome to come to the venue early and wait in our "standby line" in the event that more tickets are released prior to showtime!

Return to the place of purchase to see what the return policy is. If you purchased them by visiting our box office, our policy is that the tickets are NON-refundable NON-exchangeable.

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through punchlinephilly.com, livenation.com or ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in 3-5 business days.

Sunday-Thursday, doors open 45 minutes before the show starts.

Friday-Saturday, doors open 1 hours before the show starts, with the exception of our late shows.

Yes, we have a 2 beverage minimum per guest in our showroom.

Yes, but you DO NOT have to purchase an alcoholic beverage. Mocktails, sodas, juices, sparkling waters and more are also available to you.

Although we have a robust menu of food offerings, only beverages (including non-alcoholic) count toward the 2 beverage minimum.

If you didn’t pre-purchase parking with your tickets, parking is available on a first come, first served basis for a fee. Lot address: 1025 N. Front St. in Philadelphia, PA.

The Punch Line box office opens 1 hour before doors on show nights and is located inside the venue. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Punch Line Philly is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests to enjoy their visit! We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.

Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.
We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
All bags will be searched, and no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our Management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.

Restricted Items:
(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below.)

No Outside Food or Drink Allowed
No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted.
No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
No large bags over (10” x 10”), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags
No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management

Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of comedy. 

Safety and Medical
Live Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist your needs including any medical requests.

Feel free to bring your camera to take pictures before and/or after the show. There is absolutely NO photography or video during the show. An announcement will be made when it is time to put your cameras and cell phones away. Any violation of this rule results in expulsion from the venue with no exceptions.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the venue. This also includes vape cigarettes.

Occasionally we have promotional tickets for eligible veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families. Please visit Veteran Tickets Foundation at www.vettix.org or First Tickets Foundation at www.1sttix.org to check availability (You must use an existing account or create an account to request tickets.)
